This is Sophie.She belongs to my friend Debi.One day Deb,Gary and I took Sophie into Old Town Spring and she posed in different places there.

Here are some Hydrangeas from the same garden.I love them and rmemmber a lady had them in front of her house,and her shutters matched the blue of the Hydrangeas.

I found these Antheriums at a place called Brookwood. A friend and I went to shoot the flowers in the green house and eat in their lovely restaurant.

Bastrop and Smithville

I

took a couple of days off and headed west to Bastrop,and a side trip to the Ladybird Johnson Wildflower Center. The Bluebonnets were great.My friend Vicki came in from Austin the second day and was my wild flower spotter.The other flower I love is the white Prickly Poppy that grows in the pastures.We went to a little town called Smithville.A bunch of movies were shot there,but the one that rang a bell was Hope Floats.The house pictured was the one featured in that movie.The weather hel and it was a nice two days
